Dennis Reynolds

Dennis M. "Mickey" Reynolds, 50, of 12 Vernon St., Holyoke, a native of Pittsfield, died Monday at home. Born in Pittsfield on Dec. 8, 1950, son of the late Michael and Betty Gough Reynolds, he attended local schools. Mr. Reynolds was employed as a truck driver for Shimmerhorn's Wholesale Fish Market in Holyoke until June 30 when he retired due to ill health. He previously had worked as a shipping and receiving clerk at Westover Air Force Base in Chicopee. He enjoyed wrestling. He leaves his wife, the former Luanne Loiselle, whom he married Dec. 8, 1993; two sons, Lawrence Reynolds and Robert Reynolds, both of Pittsfield; two daughters, Lisa Reynolds and Anita Hover, both of Pittsfield; a stepson, Jeremy Ferrari of Pittsfield; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Ferrari of Holyoke and Jessica Ferrari of Adams; two sisters, Joanne Best and Judith Reynolds, both of Pittsfield; a brother, Daniel Reynolds of Milwaukee, and eight grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug. 10, at 1 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, with the Rev. Carl Kahrs Towley officiating. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations may be made to the Reynolds family.
