Lalia B. McKay

Lalia B. McKay, 94, of Manlius, N.Y., formerly of Dalton, died Wednesday at Loretto in Syracuse. Born in Montreal on Nov. 21, 1906, daughter of Herbert and Jennet Dickie Davies, she attended schools in Montreal and graduated from Summerville Hospital School of Nursing in Boston in 1925. She moved to Dalton after her graduation and lived there until moving to Manlius five years ago. She was employed as a registered nurse at Pittsfield General Hospital, now known as Berkshire Medical Center, for more than 20 years, retiring in 1975. Her husband, T. Herbert McKay, whom she married , died in 1966. Her husband, T. Herbert McKay, whom she married , died in 1966. She leaves a son, Robert G. McKay of Manlius; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
