Angela Stankiewicz

Angela Garzone Stankiewicz, 82, of Pittsfield died Sunday at Mount Greylock Nursing Facility. Born in Portland, Maine, on Aug. 3, 1919, daughter of Angelo and Josephine Garzone, she attended local schools. She leaves a son, Walter Stankiewicz of Mount Washington; three sisters, Grace Drozd of Dalton, and Mary Every and Florence Gustafson, both of Chatham, N.Y., and a granddaughter. Graveside service will be held from the Chatham Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. For those who wish, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of WENK FUNERAL HOME, Chatham, NY 12037.
