Virginia Czarnik, 84
ADAMS, Mass. — Virginia Czarnik, 84, of 17 Pleasant St. died Thursday, April 4, 2011, at Sweet Brook Care Centers.
Born in Adams on March 22, 1927, daughter of Albert and Anna Bezak Czarnik, she attended Adams schools, including the former Liberty Street School, and the former Bliss Business College.
Miss Czarnik was employed at the former Arnold Print Works until it closed and then at the former Adams Rest Home until her retirement.
She was a communicant of the Parish of Pope John Paul the Great.
She leaves several close friends. Her sister, Helen Czarnik, and brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Emily Czarnik, predeceased her.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Mrs. Czarnik will be held Monday, April 18, at 11 a.m. at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams. There will be no calling hours.
