Karem J. Tash, 85

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Karem John Tash, 85, of 27 Wall St. died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at North Adams Regional Hospital. Born in North Adams on April 14, 1926, a son of Anthony John and Nellie Hobert Tash, he attended the former St. Joseph's High School. Mr. Tash was employed at the former Sprague Electric Co. and was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. He leaves a sister, Jeannette LeSage of North Adams; a brother-in-law, George LeSage of North Adams, and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by three sisters, Mae LeSage on March 8, 1993, Amelia Lewis on Oct. 21, 1994, and Juliette M. Tash on Feb. 7, 2011. FUNERAL NOTICE — A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mr. Tash will be celebrated Saturday, May 7, at 9 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday morning from from 8 until the time of the service at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams.
