Drury Comes Back to Tie Mount Everett

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Rommel Alvarez scored in the 75th minute Monday to give the Drury boys soccer team a 2-2 tie at Mount Everett.
 
The Blue Devils were down, 2-0, at half-time, after the Eagles got goals from Darius Taliaferro and Gavin Snyder.
 
Mount Everett held that lead until the 60th minute, when Alvrarez set up Jowell Vasquez for a goal.
 
Alvarez then scored unassisted in the closing minutes to level the score.
 
Drury (0-2-1) hosts Hoosac Valley on Thursday.
 
Mount Everett (1-0-1) is at St. Mary’s on Wednesday.
