Taliaferro Hat Trick Lifts Mount Everett

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Darius Taliaferro’s hat trick Friday led the Mount Everett boys soccer team to a 5-1 win over Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School.

 

Taliaferro started the game with a goal from Edwin Dobson and ended the first half with two goals two minutes apart to give the Eagles a 4-0 lead going to the break.

 

Guthrie Davis and Owen Siket also scored for Mount Everett, which lost its shutout bid in the 78th minute.

 

The Eagles (4-2-5) host Smith Vocational on Monday.
