Mount Greylock Boys Down Wahconah

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock boys soccer team scored three times in the first half and went on to a 3-1 win over Wahconah on Monday evening.
 
Will Apotsos opened the scoring with an assist from Kofi Roberts in the eighth minute.
 
Late in the half, Everett Bayliss scored unassisted and Roberts set up Lucas Burrow to make it 3-0.
 
Cooper Calvert converted a penalty kick for Wahconah midway through the second half.
 
Matt Oakes stopped 11 shots in Wahconah's net.
 
Ward Bianchi made one save to earn the win for Mount Greylock (7-4), which goes to Hampshire Regional on Friday.
 
Wahconah (8-4-2) hosts Taconic on Thursday.
