Mount Greylock Downs Drury

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Nora Lopez had a hat trick Monday to lead the Mount Greylock girls soccer team to a 5-1 win over Drury.

 

Adele Low and Lauren Powell each scored a goal, and Rowan Apotsos and Arianna Henderson each had an assist for the Mounties, who had a 2-0 lead at half-time.

 

“[Drury’s] Addisyn Shepard [18 saves] was excellent in goal and really kept the game from getting out of reach in the first half,” Mount Greylock coach Blair Dils said.

 

Mount Greylock’s Addie Cooper and Naomi Evans split time in goal, combining for five saves.

 

Megan McGrath scored for the Blue Devils.

 

Drury (2-7-1) hosts Lenox on Thursday.

 

Mount Greylock (8-0-1) hosts Monument Mountain on Friday.
