Mounties Cruise into Class C Semis

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Olivia Perez Saturday just missed a triple-double in leading the Mount Greylock volleyball team to a three-set win over Greenfield in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class C Tournament.
 
Perez had 10 kills, 14 assists and nine aces in the 25-15, 25-11, 25-9 win.
 
Tyanna Lepicier pulled up a team-high 14 digs and registered six kills and a pair of aces.
 
Ceclia Keogh had six kills and six digs, and Kiera Kritstensen finished with five kills in the win.
 
Second-seeded Mount Greylock (10-5) takes a five-match winning streak into the regional semi-finals, where it will host either Smith Vocational or Springfield International Charter School, who meet on Monday.
