Rumlow, Generals Win at Lenox

LENOX, Mass. – Hailey Rumlow collected eight kills Friday to lead the Pittsfield volleyball team to a four-set win over Lenox.
 
Rumlow also pulled up four digs in the 25-20, 17-25, 25-20, 25-12 win.
 
Marley Perras finished with seven kills and four aces. Amanda Pou had a team-high five aces in the win.
 
“The Generals have solid servers, and we struggled in serve-receive tonight,” Lenox coach Steve Laurin said.
 
Rachelle Harrison passed out 23 assists for Pittsfield (4-2) hosts Agawam on Monday.
 
One bright spot for Lenox was the play of middle blocker Kelsey Kirchner, who had nine kills in 11 attacks. She also landed 17 serves without a service error.
 
Grace Julieano led the Millionaires with four aces.
 
Lenox (3-3) hosts Taconic on Saturday.
