Lee's Wang Leads Way on All-County Volleyball Squad

Lee High senior Anna Wang, who helped lead the Wildcats back to the Western Massachusetts title game, was named the league MVP by the Berkshire County high school volleyball coaches on Thursday.
 
League champion Lee led the way with four selections to the all-Berkshire first team. Wang is joined by teammates Bailey Thomas, Suriana Lee and Kylie Joyce.
 
Mount Greylock and Pittsfield each placed three players on the all-league first team.
 
Mounties seniors Caroline Hadley, Maddie Albert and Marley Buffis were recognized.
 
From PHS, Brennah Brickle was joined by Marie Butler and Hannah Wheeler.
 
Lenox's Kayanna Black and Taconic's Delaney Ivas rounded out the first team.
 
Three Lenox players were recognized with second-team all-league honors: Katie Colvin, Bombee Lahart and Kristin Miller.
 
The second team also included: Wahconah's Kaylee O'Bryan and T Warren, Monument Mountain's Ali Hiller and Marley Zorn, Mount Greylock's Lucy Shepard and Takiera Darrow, Lee's Erin Brisbois and Lizzy Brown, Taconic's Ava Sinopoli, Pittsfield's Shakia Green, Mount Everett's Alissa Rathbun and Mount Anthony's Emilie O'Brien.
