Franklin Tech Edges McCann for Second Time This Fall
ADAMS, Mass. – Jack Day carded a 39 Tuesday to lead the Franklin Tech golf team to a 166-167 win over McCann Tech at Forest Park Country Club.
Grady Deery and Braeden Talbot finished at 40 and 41, respectively, for the Eagles, who earned their second one-stroke win over the Hornets this fall.
Gabe Thomas carded a 38 to earn medalist honors and lead the way for McCann Tech, which scored rounds of 43 from Landon LeClair, Kale Kondel and Dallas Ritcher.
McCann Tech (7-2) hosts Westfield Tech on Wednesday.
