Taconic Golfers Win Third Straight

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Charley Driscoll carded a 39 on the front nine at Berkshire Hills Country Club Tuesday to lead the Taconic golf team to a 163-172 win over Lee.

 

Jason Fields and Jason Codey backed up Driscoll with rounds of 40 apiece, and Gavin Maffuccio rounded out the scoring with a 44.

 

Lee’s Joey Abderhalden earned medalist honors with an even par round of 35. Abderhalden started his day with birdies on No. 1 and No. 3.

 

Taconic (3-2) takes a three-match winning streak into Thursday’s contest at Mount Greylock.

 

Lee (2-2) hosts Mount Greylock on Monday.
