Trombley Leads Hoosac Golfers Over Mount Greylock

ADAMS, Mass. -- Luc Trombley carded a 6-over-par round of 40 on Thursday to lead the Hoosac Valley golf team to a 169-174 win over Mount Greylock.

 

The Mounties were led by Kyle Alvarez, who earned medalist honors with a 1-over 37 that included birdies on the par-3 third hole and the par-4 ninth. Ben Gilooly also birdied the ninth for Mount Greylock on the way to a 42.

 

Hoosac Valley scored rounds from Derek Alibozek (42), Jack Sniezek (43) and Henry Sniezek (44).

 

The Hurricanes host Lee on Monday. Mount Greylock travels to Stamford, Vt., to play Drury on Tuesday.
