Pittsfield Golfers Post Best Effort of Fall

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Jason Fields Friday carded a 3-over-par round of 38 to lead the Pittsfield golf team to a 168-217 win over Mount Everett.

 

Fields claimed medalist honors, and the Generals, “showed their best form so far this season by a sizable margin,” according to coach Adam Brickle, keeping all eight scores below 50.

 

Sam Gyurjan (40), Jake Knauth (45) and Matt Keegan (45) each scored for PHS.

 

Mount Everett was led by Gus Gleason with a 51.

 

The Eagles (0-6) host Taconic on Monday.

 

Pittsfield (5-1) host Wahconah on Monday.
