True Blue: County's Baseball, Softball Umpires Offer Classes
The Berkshire County Board of Softball Officials have announced the start of classes for anyone interested in officiating youth and high school softball.
Classes will be held on Sundays at 1 p.m. beginning on Feb. 15 through March 8 at Wahconah Regional High School.
The cost is $45, which includes rules books and certification.

Baseball
The Berkshire County Baseball Umpires Association is pleased to announce the class for prospective baseball umpires will be held for six weeks beginning Feb. 4 at 7 p.m.
The class will be taught by the 2024 MIAA Baseball Official of Year Don Singleton. The class will be held at the Italian American Club, 203 Newell St., Pittsfield.
The cost is $45.
