Wahconah Baseball Falls at Fourth-Seeded Millbury

MILLBURY, Mass. – Jimmer Donnelly struck out 14 and allowed two hits in six innings on the mound Thursday to lead the fourth-seeded Millbury baseball team to a 10-0 win over Wahconah in the Division 4 State Tournament Round of 16.
 
Mason Hubley led the Woolies’ offense, going 2-for-3 with a double, and Millbury scored at least one run in each of its six turns at the plate.
 
Sam McLaughlin and Jack Hicks each had a hit for Wahconah.
 
Luke Ferguson, Jacob Welch and Dan Hoffmann split time on the mound in the loss, combining to strike out six.
 
Wahconah finishes its season with a record of 17-6.
