Rylander, Drury Pound Mount Greylock

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Carson Rylander struck out five and did not allow an earned run in four innings Wednesday to lead the Drury baseball team to a 17-1, five-inning win over Mount Greylock on Joe Wolfe Field.
 
Rylander gave up just two hits before giving the ball to Noah Arnold, who struck out one in a 1-2-3 fifth inning.
 
Connor Hinkell went 2-for-2 with a double and scored four times to lead Drury’s offense.
 
JJ Prenguber went 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs, and Lucas Hamilton doubled and picked up to RBIs.
 
Jake McAllister went 2-for-2 in a 12-hit Drury attack.
 
Mount Greylock got hits from Malcolm Leyda and Emery Rotter.
 
The Mounties (2-5) host Tamarac (N.Y.) on Thursday.
 
Drury (3-3) is at Southwick on Friday.
