Mount Everett Downs Mount Greylock

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Brodie Kinna went 3-for-3 and hit his second home run in as many days Friday to lead the Mount Everett baseball team to a 10-2 win over Mount Greylock on Friday.
 
Brady Carpenter homered and drove in a pair of runs, and Darius Taliaferro was 2-for-4 with a double in a 12-hit attack for the Eagles.
 
Trevor Leonard earned the win on the mound, striking out seven in six and a third innings. Carpenter provided two thirds of an inning of scoreless relief.
 
For Mount Greylock, Eli Kristensen homered, and Emery Rotter went 2-for-4 with a double.
 
Rotter also went the distance on the bump, striking out three.
 
Mount Greylock (5-9) hosts Lee on Monday.
 
Mount Everett (14-0) hosts Drury on Monday.
