Lenox Baseball Falls at Hopkins

HADLEY, Mass. – Tucker Russell struck out 10 and scattered seven hits Wednesday in leading the Hopkins Academy baseball team to a 6-1 win over Lenox in the Division 5 State Tournament Round of 16.
 
Chace Earle and Jeremiah Scanlon-Dean each homered in a 12-hit attack for Hopkins.
 
David Kirchner went 2-for-3 with a double for Lenox, which got an RBI single from Parker Houle in the top of the seventh.
 
Lenox ends its season with a record of 13-8.
