Bowler, Lenox Repeat as Western Mass Champions

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Donny Bowler scored five goals Wednesday to lead the Lenox boys lacrosse team to a 13-2 win over Pittsfield in the Western Massachusetts Class C Championship Game.
 
Bowler also finished with two assists for the top-seeded Millionaires.
 
Shaler Larmon scored four goals and set up two more, and Jack Pignatelli finished with two goals and an assist.
 
Lenox (18-1) won for the third time this season against the Generals.
 
Jeffrey Larmon was credited with six saves in Wednesday's win.
 
Both Pittsfield (13-4) and Lenox move on to the state tournament.
 
The Generals are seeded 35th in Division 4 and will open in the play-in round at East Bridgewater.
 
Lenox is seeded 31st in D3 and will host a play-in round game against Auburn.
