Stripp's Hat Trick Helps Mount Greylock Girls Lax Top Lee

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Sarah Stripp returned to action after leaving Monday’s game with an injury and scored three goals to help lead the Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team to a 15-5 win over Pittsfield on Tuesday.
 
Carolyn Jones and Caroline Flynn each matched Stripp with three goals, and Lauren Aliberti scored twice and added an assist for the Mounties.
 
Hannah Byrnes and Autumn Delorey split time in goal for Mount Greylock, combining nine saves.
 
Anna Quinto stopped nine shots for Pittsfield, which got two goals from Jenna Bateman.
 
Pittsfield (0-8) goes to Bennington, Vt., to play Mount Anthony on Thursday.
 
Mount Greylock (6-3) goes to Lee on Thursday.
