Mount Everett Softball Wins at Gateway

HUNTINGTON, Mass. – Ashelen Cutlip went 3-for-3 with a double and six RBIs Tuesday to lead the Mount Everett softball team to a 15-13 win over Gateway Regional.
 
Cutlip also earned the win in the circle, striking out six and allowing just three earned runs in a complete-game effort.
 
Hailey Warren was 3-for-4 with a double, and Emily Roskidany homered in a 13-hit attack for the Eagles.
 
Emily Gilmore went 2-for-6 with four RBIs for Mount Everett, which broke a 3-3 tie with a five-run fourth inning and extended its lead with four in the top of the sixth.
 
Mount Everett (1-2) goes to McCann Tech on Wednesday.
