Mount Greylock's Pelkey Hits Milestone in Tourney Loss

SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass. – Skyler Steele homered and tripled Sunday to lead the Frontier softball team to an 18-3 win over Mount Greylock in the first round of the Division 4 State Tournament.

 

Addie Ehle went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs in a 13-hit Frontier attack in the six-inning win.

 

Kaleigh Jaros, Audrianna Pelkey and Bayleigh Tatro each had a pair of hits for Mount Greylock.

 

In the process, Pelkey, the hero of the Mounties’ preliminary round win on Saturday, recorded her 200th career hit.

 

The Mounties finish the season with a record of 7-12.
