Pittsfield Softball Edges Westfield

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Ella Bassi went 3-for-3 with a pair of RBIs, and Paxton Ebling homered Wednesday to lead the Pittsfield softball team to a 6-5 win over Westfield.

 

Mia Dejesus was 2-for-4 with a double for the Generals, who built a 6-3 lead through four innings.

 

Ava McMahon earned the win in the circle, striking out four, walking one and allowing four earned runs.

 

Pittsfield (6-7) goes to Hampshire on Monday.
