McCann Tech Punches State Tournament Ticket

MONTAGUE, Mass. – Eric Rougeau and Zach Howland each scored 10 points Friday to lead the McCann Tech boys basketball team to a 50-40 win over Turners Falls as the Hornets clinched a berth in the Division 5 State Tournament.

 

Hector Montoya-Alvarado scored eight, and Jaxson Pilot and Alex McDermott each finished with five points.

 

McCann Tech improved to 10-10 this winter with its fourth straight win and will learn next week who it will play in its state tournament opener.
