Krom Leads Mount Everett Boys Past Mount Greylock

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Kenny Krom scored 18 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter, to lead the Mount Everett boys basketball team to a 65-62 win over Mount Greylock on Tuesday night.
 
Sage Angell and Frank Gulotta each scored nine for the Eagles, who trailed 34-26 at half-time but went to the fourth down by just four, 51-47.
 
In the fourth, Angell added five to Krom's 10 to complete the comeback.
 
Jake Benzinger scored 22 to lead three Mounties in double figures. Michael McCormack scored 16, and Eric Hirsch had 12 in the loss.
 
Mount Greylock (7-4) hosts St. Joseph on Friday.
 
Mount Everett travels to St. Mary on Wednesday.
