Short-Handed Mount Everett Girls Drop Road Game

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Desiree Crawford scored 16 points Wednesday to lead the Sci-Tech girls basketball team to a 52-34 win over Mount Everett.
 
The Eagles (9-7) got a team-high 11 from Madison Ullrich in their first game without the services of 1,000-point scorer Gwendolyn Carpenter, who was injured in a win over Lee on Tuesday night.
 
Chelsea Hill and Marion Devoti each scored five for Mount Everett.
 
The Eagles host Amherst on Saturday afternoon.
