Lee Girls Rally Past Mount Greylock in Fourth Quarter

LEE, Mass. -- Caroline Maloney scored 19 points, and the Lee girls basketball team outscored Mount Greylock, 20-10, in the fourth quarter to earn a 50-44 win on Monday night in the season opener for both teams.

 

The Wildcats went 7-for-12 at the line in the fourth quarter, when Emma Puleri scored seven of her 10 points.

 

Lena Simone also scored five points, going 3-for-4 at the stripe, in the fourth.

 

Mount Greylock got a game-high 20 points from Maddy Ross and nine from Delaney Babcock.

 

The Mounties go to Taconic on Thursday.

 

Lee hosts Sabis on Wednesday.
