EPOCH hosts Fall Foliage Festival
EPOCH at Melbourne invites the local community to visit with residents and families and enjoy the colorful changing of the seasons at its annual Fall Foliage Festival on Sunday, Oct. 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. If you didn’t get enough at the Northern Berkshire Fall Foliage Festival or couldn’t make it, come over to 140 Melbourne Road to enjoy music, pumpkin and cookie decorating stations, crafts, games with prizes and other fun activities. Pianist Karen Tchougourian returns to EPOCH
Talented pianist Karen Tchougourian will perform at EPOCH Assisted Living at Melbourne on Friday, Oct. 13, at 6:30 p.m. Although his repertoire includes enough classical and contemporary music to fill several anthologies, Tchougourian regularly performs at EPOCH without sheet music, and he happily obliges for special requests. EPOCH Assisted Living is located at 140 Melbourne Road.
Tchougourian studied at the Komitas University in Armenia and the University of Arkansas. He received his Doctor of Musical Arts from the Manhattan School of Music and has won many performance competitions, including the 1999 Artists International Auditions. As the winner, Tchougourian made a fully sponsored debut at Carnegie Hall. Tchougourian will perform a full range of music from classical to movie scores, jazz and waltzes.
