18th ATM location countywide.

The branch team includes Reinaldo Roman, Branch Manager; Sandy Bushey, Member Service and Loan Officer; and tellers Brennan Stockton and Samantha Clemons.

The Lanesborough branch will offer a 24-hour ATM equipped with enhanced security features, check imaging capabilities, envelope-free cash and check deposits, and postage stamps. According to Greylock President Angelo Stracuzzi, the ATM is the first of its kind in the Berkshires, enabling customers to deposit mixed-denomination currency without envelopes.

The ATM will verify cash deposits, and reflect the actual denomination of those cash deposits on the receipt. The new ATM will also accept checks and provide the user with an image of the check on the receipt.

Greylock decided on the Lanesborough location after recognizing the need for more capacity along the heavily traveled Route 7 commuter route and for the densely populated neighborhoods in the northern neighborhoods of Pittsfield.
