Great Barrington Arts Market Showcases Local Artisans and Food

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — The Great Barrington Arts Market (GBAM) will host its winter event at Saint James Place, offering a curated selection of handmade products from local and regional artisans.

Each month, the market features a rotating lineup of 16 artists, providing attendees with a unique shopping experience that supports the local artist community. Visitors can also enjoy food offerings from Great Cape Baking Company and Ayakito Japanese Kitchen.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is free to the public.

To the Editor:

I want to commend a wonderful person who works there [at Pete's Garage]. I had a flat tire and only had a few dollars. This young man checked the tire and I was informed that it can't be repaired. He changed my tire with the spare.

I can't thank a person like that enough. You have very nice people living in the Shires. Nobody in Connecticut would do that. Thank you very much sir.
