TAX CLASSIFICATION HEARING

BAKER HILL ROAD DISTRICT

 

The Prudential Committee of the Baker Hill Road District will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at 20 Bridge Street, Lanesborough, Massachusetts. 

The purpose of the hearing will be for discussion and vote to determine the allocation of Fiscal Year 2027 taxes among the classes of real and personal property as set forth in Chapter 40, Section 56 of the General Laws. 

The fiscal year 2027 values are based on the values set by the Town of Lanesborough.

Allocating the Baker Hill Road District tax among the property owners within the Baker Hill Road District for fiscal Year 2027 will be discussed. The purpose of the meeting is to give taxpayers an opportunity to present their views.
