Blanche M. Dunham, 77, of 16 Second St. died Saturday at home. Born in Pittsfield on Feb. 13, 1923, daughter of Albert E. and Camelia Nardin Dion, she attended local schools. She was employed by the former Elmvale Mill. Mrs. Dunham was a communicant of Notre Dame Church in Pittsfield. She enjoyed ceramics and knitting. Her husband, Harold E. Dunham Sr., whom she married Jan. 1, 1948, died May 31, 1953. She leaves a daughter, Barbara Tart of Lee; two sons, Kenneth A. Dunham of Cheshire, with whom she resided, and Lawrence E. Dunham of Glendale, Ariz.; a stepson, Harold E. Dunham Jr. of Pittsfield; two sisters, Beatrice Webb and Lillian Dion, both of Pittsfield; nine grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Services for Blanche M. Dunham, 77, who died Jan. 6, 2001, will be Tuesday at 10:15 from DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at Notre Dame Church at 11 celebrated by the Rev. Earl Hebert, pastor. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday, today, from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. Blanche was predeceased by a brother, Albert E. Dion Jr. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201
