Miss Mary S. Cozzaglio, 83, of 98 Lincoln Street, North Adams, died Friday, November 24, 2000 at the North Adams Regional Hospital where she wae admitted on November 17, 2000 . She was born in North Adams on June 7, 1917, a daughter o f the late Stefano Cozzaglio a n d Margherita( Luscio ) Cozzaglio. She was educated in North Adams schools and a lifelong resident o f the city. She was employed with the Sprague Electric Company In North Adams for 38 years until her retirement in 1979. She was a lifelong communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church of North Adams and a member o f the Sprague Quarter Century C l u b and the Sprague Retirees of North Adams. Survivors include nieces and nephews including Robert and Margaret Scrivens h e r caregivers o f Williamstown, Ma. and granddnieces and grandnephews. Also h e r local caregivers Lawrence and Roma Nichols o f North Adams. S h e was t h e last o f h e r own immediate family. A sister and four brothers predeceased her including Jennie Maroni i n 1930, Alfred Cozzaglio in 1941, Michael Cozzaglio in 1950, Joseph Cozzaglio in 1961 and Battista Cozzaglio in 1986. Funeral services will take place Monday morning, November 27, 2000 at 8:15 A.M. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home For Funerals- CENTRAL CHAPELS, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9.00 A.M. at St Anthony o f Padua Church, North Adams with the Rev Daniel Oâ€™Hear, Pastor officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot at Southview Cemetery, North Adams, Calling hours a t t h e Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home f o r Funerals-CENTRAL CHAPELS 74 Marshall St., North Adams are Sunday, Nov 2 6 from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested for the St. Anthony Building Fund or any charity of the donorâ€™s choice through the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, Ma. 01247 which is in charge of arrangements.
