I did scouts with Del and knew him most of my life and he was always a great guy. I ran into him a couple months ago at the doctors office and we had a couple of moments to talk and I loved hearing about his driving and kids and how he missed being part of the wake up crew for the ynca in north adams when he would be the guy opening the gym. He was definitely taken too soon.
