ADAMS, Mass. —  

Mrs. Marilyn M. (Armstrong) Charron, 90, of Adams, died on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Williamstown Commons.

She was born in North Adams on April 30, 1935, daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy (Saunders) Armstrong. She attended schools in North Adams and graduated from Drury High School.

Mrs. Charron was a homemaker staying home to raise her children.

Her husband, Edward W. Charron, whom she married on November 23, 1957, died on April 6, 2020.

She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Heggie and her husband Thomas of Kentucky; six sons, William Charron and his wife Phyllis of North Adams, Gary Charron and his partner Denise Nordin of Adams, Norman Charron and his wife Debbie of North Adams, Michael Charron and his wife Christine of FL, David Charron of AZ, and Thomas Charron and his companion Sue of TN; a daughter-in-law, Christie Charron of North Adams and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Francis Charron and by many brothers and sisters.

A graveside service for both Marilyn and Edward will be held on Saturday, June 7th at 11:00 A.M. in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
