Jay Jay Wright, 54

CLARKSBURG, Mass. — Jay Jay Wright, 54 of Clarksburg, died on Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, at his home, after an extensive battle with diabetes and kidney disease.

He was born in North Adams on May 16, 1971, a son of Donna Marie (Devio) Giron and the late Warren Raymond "Cosmo" Wright. He was raised by his mother and stepfather, Gustavo A. Giron Sr. Jay graduated from McCann Technical High School with the class of 1989.

Sorry to hear of Jay’s passing. While we were not “friends friends” I’ve known Jay since high school and considered him a friend. He always had a smile no matter how sick he was. I’m glad I was able to bump into him a short time back at Cumbies and we chatted. Way too young to pass. My condolences to his family and close friends.
