NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  

Mr. Walter M. Andrzejewski, Sr., 85, of North Adams, passed away on Sunday May 17, 2026, at North Adams Commons.

He was born in Poland on March 1, 1941, a son of the late Hipolit and Jadwiga (Kucner) Andrzejewski. He attended schools in Poland until moving to Massachusetts.

Mr. Andrzejewski worked as a mechanic at Specialty Minerals and the former Pfizer Corp in Adams.

His wife, the former Isabelle Parker whom he married on May 23, 1964, passed away on July 19, 2019.

He is survived by his sons Walter M. Andrzejewski, Jr and his significant other Kathy Polidoro of Adams and Raymond Green of Williamstown; his daughters, Donna Donnelly of North Adams and Diane LaBombard and her husband Donald of North Adams; his sister Antoinette Clark of Pittsfield and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two daughters Debra Bernier and Rita Marie Green and by his siblings Mark, Stanislaus, Joseph, Alexander, Jan, William, Katherine, Janina and Angela.

Calling hours at the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, are Tuesday morning from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with a service to follow.

Burial in Southview Cemetery, North Adams.
