CHESHIRE, Mass. —  

Lori A. Brassard, 60, of Cheshire, died on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at her home.

She was born in North Adams on May 4, 1966, daughter of Charlene M. (Trudeau) Brassard and the late Francis J. Brassard. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School. She went on to attend the Post Secondary Nursing Program at the Charles H. McCann Technical High School in North Adams.

Lori worked for many years as a licensed practical nurse for the former Willowood of North Adams.

Besides her mother of Cheshire, she is survived by her son, Stephen Bednarczyk of Adams; her daughter Shelly Poirot and her companion Matthew Trabold of Williamstown and by her granddaughter Emma Trabold.

The funeral will be held on Friday, July 10th at 4:00 P.M. in the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

There are no calling hours, and burial will be private at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
