Raymond Albert Therrien, 80

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. —
Raymond Albert Therrien, 80, of Williamstown, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Born in North Adams on August 23, 1945, he was the son of the late Albert and Georgette (Lambert) Therrien.
A lifelong resident of the Berkshires, Ray grew up attending the former Notre Dame School and Drury High School before continuing his education at North Adams State College. He went on to manage the former Mall Drug and after its closure spent a dedicated career serving his community as a Foreman for the State of Massachusetts Highway Department in Berkshire County.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Kathleen (Roberts) Therrien, his son, Scott Therrien of Florida, MA; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Therrien (Jesse Valvano) and Cole (Sarah) Therrien; and his great-grandchild, Annabella Valvano. He is also survived by his sister, Simone Rohane, and was predeceased by his brother, Donald Therrien.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A memorial service for Ray will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Homes – West Chapel, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 01247.
