Faith Marie Trottier, 94

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Faith Marie “Dolly” (Mancini) Trottier, 94 of North Adams, MA died Sunday September 6, 2026 at North Adams Regional Hospital.

She was born in North Adams, MA on May 31, 1932, one of five daughters of David Mancini and Constance (Connie Gigliotti) Mancini. She graduated from the former St. Joseph’s High School in North Adams and graduated from Becker Junior College. After college she married Aldem Armand “Al” Trottier. They were married for 63 years, splitting time between Illinois, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida.

Al died on September 26, 2016. At which time, she returned to North Adams and was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Melodye Crockwell of Hooksett, NH and one son, Craig Trottier (Cynthia Davis Trottier) of Manchester, NH and five grandchildren, Michael Trottier, Steven Crockwell (Kelly Chase Crockwell), Marie Soucy (David Soucy), Amanda Crockwell, and Brian Crockwell. She also leaves eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; Alexis (Soucy) Gannon, Catherine (Soucy) LaPoint, Austin Soucy, Tyler Soucy, Brendan Crockwell, Gabriella Crockwell, Olivia Crockwell, Amber Elllis, Kennedie Gannon, and Rowan Gannon, one sister, Gabriela Bond of North Adams and numerous nieces and nephews. Faith was predeceased by her daughter, Paula Jones (Tom Jones) of Columbia SC, and three sisters, Dolores Bianco, Violet Torchia, and Gioia Zappone,

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Faith Trottier will be celebrated September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, 70 Marshall St. North Adams, MA. Burial will follow in Southview cemetery. All are welcome to a luncheon to be held at Saint Elizabeth of Hungary’s Parish Hall. A calling hour at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA will be that morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church Building Fund, 70 Marshall Street, North Adams, MA 01247 https://osvhub/stelizabethofhungaryparish/giving/funds. Dear Gaby & all Dolly’s family, I am saddened to learn of Dolly’s death. Please accept my most sincere condolences & prayers. It was always a pleasure to see her in North Adams, often at mass at St Elizabeth.

To her beautiful family, I was so sorry to see this about Aunt Dolly‘s passing.. I have so many fond memories of gatherings with the family and she and Uncle Al being so welcoming… I had the pleasure of seeing them both years ago and Dolly when she moved back.. may she now have a beautiful reunion with her family in heaven and may the beautiful memories sustain you all
