Lawrence H. Andrus

Lawrence H. Andrus, 59, of 39 Elm St. died Sunday at North Adams Regional Hospital. Born in Pittsfield on March 13, 1944, he was the son of the late Lawrence M. and Hannah Cleveland Andrus. A member of Berkshire Family and Individual Resources (BFAIR), Mr. Andrus enjoyed music, especially singing and playing his guitar, telling jokes and arts and crafts. He leaves his guardian, Denise McGrath of Dalton and Gloucester. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Lawrence H. Andrus, age 59, died Nov. 30, 2003. The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 at DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME with the Rev. William Furey officiating. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations in his memory may be made to either the Red Cross or the Salvation Army in care of the funeral home, 40 Maplewood Ave., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
