Cathy I. St. John Reid, 50, formerly of 10 Union St., died Saturday at Hillcrest Commons, where she had resided for the past two years. Born in Pittsfield on Nov. 28, 1950, daughter of the late Charles F. St. John Sr. and Josephine Tatro St. John, she attended Pittsfield schools. A homemaker, Mrs. Reid at one time worked with her mother in the family produce business. She was the widow of Wayne Reid. She leaves three daughters, Sherri L. Daniels and Melissa I. Richards, both of North Adams, and Kathleen A. Little of Pittsfield; three brothers, Charles St. John Jr. of the state of Florida, and Craig St. John and Christopher St. John, both of Pittsfield; two sisters, Carolyn Spindler of North Carolina and Colleen Blume of Pennsylvania, and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 18, 2001, at 1 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, conducted by the Rev. Michael Shershanovich, pastor, St. Joseph's Church. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fibro Cystics Foundation in care of the funeral home.
