ADRIAN CHARLES RUDOLPH

Adrian Charles Rudolph, 92, of Green River Road, Alford, died Thursday, December 28, 2000 at his home. Born on August 31, 1908 in Antioch, Illinois, he was the son of Charles and Ruby Watts Rudolph. He attended schools in Antioch. Mr. Rudolph moved to Alford in 1955 where he owned and operated a landscaping business and tree farm until his retirement in the early 1980’s. After his retirement he raised foxes as a hobby. Mr. Rudolph was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church. Adrian C. Rudolph married the former Emma Deland, of Great Barrington, on January 20,1951 in Maywood, IL. Mrs. Rudolph died in 1994. Mr. Rudolph is survived by several nieces and nephews. His sister, Mrs. Ruby Hendricks of Antioch, IL died in 1999. Funeral Services will be from the Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home at nine fifteen with a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated at ten am. on Tuesday, January 2, 2001, at St. Peter’s Church, with the Rev. William Wallis, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Tuesday morning, at the funeral home before the service.
