WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock boys' soccer team defeated Longmeadow Friday evening, 2-0.

The Mounties opened the scoring in the first half with a shot from outside the 18 by Grant Raphael.

"It was great to get Grant back after missing Tuesday's game due to an illness," Mount Greylock coach Blair Dills said. "His goal tonight was well deserved; if he can find the scoring touch heading into the playoffs, we'll be that much more dangerous offensively."

Greylock's second goal came from senior Eric Hirsch off a pass from Benni McComish.

Mount Greylock will face Monument Mountain on Monday afternoon in Great Barrington.
