Junior Megan Rodowicz was instrumental in the Hurricanes last two wins, a 3-2 victory over Monument Mountain last Thursday anda 7-1 win against Lee on Monday.

Rodowicz scored one of two goals in a two-minute span against Monument Mountain to break a 1-1 tie, giving her team the win.  She followed that up with a magnificent performance against Lee, as she factored into six of her team's seven goals. Rodowicz finished with a hat trick and had an assist on three of her teammates' goals.

The center midfielder has been a major factor in Hoosac starting the season with a 5-2 record and a second-place showing in the South Division standings.

"She is allowing us to dominate the center this year, and is making great runs forward on offense," Hoosac head coach Blair Mahar said. "Meg had a beautiful break-away goal at Monument. Danielle [Beauchemin] slotted the ball perfectly through their backs, Meg collected it on the run, approached the keeper, and just pushed it into the back of the net. She's patient, skillfull, fast and aggressive. Meg gives 100 percent every game and never backs down."
