Lenox Tops Taconic to Stay Unbeaten

LENOX, Mass. – The Lenox volleyball team Tuesday won its fifth straight match in straight sets to stay unbeaten, topping Taconic, 3-0
 
After going five sets with the Thunder in the teams’ first meeting, the Millionaires won the rematch at home, 25-13, 25-21, 25-12.
 
“Lenox is a really good team with amazing defense and ball control,” Taconic coach Lance Fyfe said. “We hung with them in so many long volleys tonight, but they were able to outlast most of the time.”
 
Sophie Aubin led Taconic with 18 digs.
 
Taconic (5-8) is at Wahconah on Thursday.
 
Lenox (12-0) is at Mount Greylock on Friday.
