Corcoran's Four Goals Lead Mount Everett Past Taconic

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Jake Corcoran scored four goals to lead the Mount Everett hockey team to a 4-2 win over Taconic on Tuesday night.
 
The Eagles erased nine of 10 power-play opporutnities for Taconic.
 
The one Taconic power play goal, Brandan Peaslee's second goal of the game, made it 3-2 in the third period.
 
But Corcoran answered with an unassisted goal to provide the final margin of victory.
 
Trevor Hathaway had three assists, and Jacob Malicky had two for Mount Everett, which got 30 saves from Jonah Swotes.
 
Mike Schnopp stopped 13 shots for Taconic.
